Tshombe is the founder of The Inspiration Nation, which began in November 2005 as a weekly telecommunity. It has since evolved into a blog of his personal journey and commitment to growth and development. He believes his "moral imperative is to help others discover and unlock their innate power of inspiration," and The Inspiration Nation is one of the vehicles to that end.
Tshombe is owner of Your Signature Coaching and Consulting. He offers a variety of services, but specializes in supporting real estate agents (and other progressive entrepreneurs) with time management, reducing overwhelm, and distinguishing themselves from the competition so they can attract more and better clients.

Tshombe, Business Coach
A Bellingham resident since 1995, Tshombé enjoys the outdoors and local and regional theatre. He is past human resource columnist for the Whatcom County Business Pulse (now the NW Business Monthly), and he currently serves on the board of the Mt. Baker Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) as Legislative Liaison.
Tshombé is also an adjunct HR Instructor at Bellingham Technical College.
He currently lives in Bellingham, Washington's conveniently-located York Neighborhood with his partner, poet-English-instructor-and-bookseller, Chad Helder.
